PK Game provides information and download access for Android apps and games. User safety is an important part of how we select, review, publish and maintain files on 76pak.com.

No APK website can guarantee that every file will be suitable for every device or completely free from risk. Our goal is to reduce avoidable risks, provide useful technical information and respond quickly when a problem is reported.

1. File Sources

We aim to obtain files and application information from identifiable sources, including:

  • Official developer releases;
  • Public open-source repositories;
  • Recognised application repositories;
  • Developer-submitted files;
  • Previously verified distribution sources.

When source information is available, we may display the developer name, package name, version, Android requirement, licence and source-code link.

A listing on PK Game does not mean that we own, develop or officially endorse the application.

2. File Integrity Checks

Where a published checksum is available, we compare the downloaded file against its expected SHA‑256 value.

A matching checksum helps confirm that a file has not changed during transfer. It does not, by itself, prove that an application is safe or suitable for every user.

When no authoritative checksum is available, we may use our own file hash to identify later changes and duplicate files.

3. Malware Screening

APK files may be checked using automated security and malware-detection tools before publication and when a file is updated.

A file may be rejected, quarantined or removed if it:

  • Produces a credible malware warning;
  • Contains unexplained executable components;
  • Attempts to hide its identity or behaviour;
  • Requests sensitive permissions unrelated to its stated purpose;
  • Impersonates another developer or application;
  • Redirects users to deceptive payment or login screens;
  • Installs additional software without clear consent.

Automated scanning can produce false positives and cannot detect every future threat. Users should keep Google Play Protect and other device security features enabled.

4. Permissions and Sensitive Features

Where reliable information is available, an app page may describe important Android permissions or capabilities.

Extra caution is recommended for apps requesting:

  • Accessibility-service control;
  • SMS or call access;
  • Contact or precise-location access;
  • Device administrator privileges;
  • VPN access;
  • Root or kernel-level access;
  • Installation of other applications;
  • Background microphone or camera access;
  • Access to all files on the device.

Some applications legitimately need these capabilities. Users should only grant a permission when its purpose is clear and necessary.

5. Higher-Risk Applications

System tools, VPN clients, root utilities, financial applications and apps downloaded outside an official store may involve additional security or privacy risks.

PK Game may add warnings, installation notes or technical disclosures to these listings. Such information is educational and does not replace guidance from the original developer, device manufacturer or a qualified professional.

6. Safer Installation

Before installing an APK:

  1. Check the developer, package name and version.
  2. Read the application description and permission information.
  3. Back up important files.
  4. Keep Play Protect enabled.
  5. Allow “Install unknown apps” only for the browser or file manager being used.
  6. Remove that permission after installation if it is no longer needed.
  7. Never disable device security because an app promises a bonus or reward.
  8. Never share passwords, wallet PINs or OTP codes.

7. Updates and Re-Review

Files may be reviewed again when:

  • A new version is published;
  • The application signature or package changes;
  • A security provider reports a new threat;
  • Users submit credible evidence;
  • The developer or copyright owner contacts us;
  • The download behaves differently from its description.

We may update a warning, suspend a download or remove a listing while a report is investigated.

8. Reporting a File

If you believe a file is unsafe, misleading, corrupted or incorrectly described, report it through:

Report a file: https://www.76pak.com/report/

Please include the page URL, application name, version, device information and a clear explanation of the problem. Screenshots or security-scan references are helpful when available.

Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, financial information or other sensitive personal data.

9. No Absolute Guarantee

Security checks reduce risk but cannot provide an absolute guarantee. Applications operate on different Android versions, devices and network environments.

Users remain responsible for deciding whether to download, install or use an application.
