PK Game respects intellectual-property rights and expects users, developers and contributors to do the same.
This policy explains how a copyright owner or authorised representative may request the removal of material believed to infringe copyright.
1. Material Covered
A notice may concern:
- APK files;
- Application icons;
- Screenshots;
- Written descriptions;
- Videos or other media;
- Download links;
- Other content hosted or displayed on 76pak.com.
A trademark, privacy, security or general abuse complaint should be clearly identified as such rather than submitted as a copyright claim.
2. Copyright Notice Requirements
A valid copyright notice should include:
- The full name of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact PK Game URL for each allegedly infringing item.
- Enough information for us to locate the material.
- Contact information, including a working email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorised to act for the copyright owner.
Submit the notice through:
Copyright report: https://www.76pak.com/report/
Mark the submission clearly as DMCA Copyright Notice.
3. Review and Removal
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may:
- Request additional information;
- Disable access to the disputed material;
- Remove the file or listing;
- Notify the uploader, developer or content provider;
- Preserve relevant records;
- Take action against repeat infringers.
Removal does not necessarily mean that PK Game accepts every allegation in the notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Their name and contact information;
- Identification of the removed material and its former URL;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- Consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law;
- Acceptance of service of process from the original complainant;
- A physical or electronic signature.
Mark the submission as DMCA Counter-Notification and use:
A valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the original complainant. Material may be restored where legally permitted if the complainant does not begin appropriate legal proceedings within the applicable period.
5. Repeat Infringers
PK Game may suspend submissions, remove listings or restrict access associated with parties that repeatedly provide infringing material.
6. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false copyright notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.
7. Other Rights
This process is intended for copyright claims. It does not determine ownership disputes, trademark disputes, licence interpretation or contractual disagreements.
